We’re Justin and Rhonda Drawdy, a husband-and-wife team with a heart for building things that last—from strong foundations to lasting legacies. With decades of experience in our respective fields—Justin now the sole owner of Integ-Crete Construction and Rhonda owning Grace Therapies in the pediatric therapy world for over 20 years—we’ve combined our experience, passion, and faith to start something brand-new: Heritage Concrete Construction.
This isn’t just a new chapter; it’s a continuation of our commitment to excellence and integrity. With a foundation built on faith, hard work, and unwavering principles, we’re launching Heritage Concrete Construction to bring our experience and values together. Our focus is on delivering quality in every pour and building trust in every relationship.

We’ve been married for 25 years and are the proud parents of five incredible children—four of whom came to us through the beautiful journey of fostering and adoption. Our life has been anything but easy, but it’s been full of purpose. Through seasons of trial and triumph, we’ve seen firsthand the faithfulness of God. He has blessed us beyond measure, refined us through every challenge, and graciously widened our tent. What we’ve come to know deep in our bones is this: keeping God at the center of our lives brings the greatest joy, the deepest peace, and the clearest direction.
